There are several way you can report a problem or issue.
1. Stop in at the Management office and report it to one of the staff.
2. Go to the Players Club website [Players Club Apartments], click on "Resident Services" and register to send an email directly to the Property Manager.
3. E-mail me at kccandcj@yahoo.com and I will see that management gets notified.
Things you should do when reporting a problem:
1. Document it by recording the following information
- Note the date reported
- Get the name of the person to whom you reported the problem
- State the specifics of the problem
2. E-mail the above information to me at this Blog so I can record and track it.
