Reported Issues/Problems

In its rules and policies management has stated,

"It is the purpose and function of our management company to strive for not only prompt, efficient service to you in your new home, but also to maintain the apartment community in the best possible condition of which you can be proud."

In an effort to improve communication between residents and management, this page will used to keep a running list of issues/problems known to have been reported to the property management office that have not been resolved or responded to. In that way we can track such occurrences and managements response in getting problems resolved.
